Elvis Hits The Movies, Charts And More!


The 3CD Music Digital label announced the release of the 3CD set 'Elvis Presley: Elvis At The Movies And More!' on January 3, 2012. Six days later the Xtra budget label will release the CD 'Elvis Presley: Elvis Hits The Charts' with a list-price on Amazon of £1.44.


Billboard Chart
  • 'An Afternoon In The Garden' drops from #123 to #140 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart  for w/e 26th November, 2011.
  • 'It's Christmas Time' rises from #94 to #82 on the Top 200 Album Chart and drops from #8 to #11 on the Catalog Album Chart. It also drops from #11 to #16 on the Holiday Album Chart.
  • 'Elvis Christmas' re-enters the Top 200 Album Chart at #109, re-enters the Catalog Album Chart at #17 and rises from #29 to #19 on the Holiday Album Chart.

Gold Cadillac Tour of Australasia Revised: 


The 2006 book looking at 'Presley's Gold Cadillac Tour of Australasia' has been revised and enlarged to 106 pages, with heaps of coloured pictures, not used in the previous three pressings of the book. The issue has many new features, including a couple of very rare photographs supplied by Graceland /EPE of the awards presented to Elvis by the NSW Benevolent Society.
Additional items have also been supplied by Bob Stephens who was President of the Elvis Presley Fan Club in Sydney at that time, especially the Official Invitation Card that was sent to a very select few. The book will be issued in early December and a full review of this revised Edition will be featured prior to the release.

Elvis Forever In Chili


Starting November 17, 2011 the Chilean newsaper "La Tercera" started the fourteen CD-series 'Elvis Forever'. For fourteen weeks fans can get one new title on every Thursday. It is the same collection as the 2009 series from the Spanish La Vanguardia newspaper, but limited to 14 in stead of 20 CDs.
