November 14 - O.K. Alright, A Triple Stamp Treat


The Straight Arrow import label released the CDs 'Triple Threat' and 'Alright You Win'. The first contains a previously unreleased audience recording from Sunday, May 2, 1976 as recorded at the Sahara Tahoe, Lake Tahoe, NV. The latter contains an audience recording from September 29, 1974 as recorded in Detroit, MI. Both discs come with a deluxe booklets.


German Elvis Stamp


The German Elvis painter Carolin Okon, together with the German 'The King's World' fan club present a second German Elvis stamp. On the artist's website fans voted for the 'Fire in Vegas' painting. The stamp will be a self-adhesive 45 cent stamp, produced by Deutsche Post AG on behalf of Carolin Okon. New is that it will be available in three variations, a full picture and two close-ups, on December 1, 2011.
