June 6 - A Belgian Star Is Born
The Belgian/ Dutch Elvis Presley fan club announced the unveiling of the first Elvis Presley Star in mainland Europe. Jerry Schilling will unveil the "Elvis On Tour Star" at the movie theater 'Utopolis' in Turnhout (Belgium) where the European Premiere of the digitally remastered 'On Tour' takes place on August 15th. This marked be the first Elvis Star in Europe.
